I am a God-lead, America-first, United States Army Officer, Certified Personal Trainer and Sports Nutrition Coach.

I help tactical athletes and busy professionals channel their inner athlete and feel like bad asses with training programs focused on performance and nutrition programs aimed at fueling the body.

Fueled to Perform programs are designed specifically for YOU, to create sustinable long-term results with increased energy and overall performance. No rules, restrictions, cookie-cutter programs, or unscientific information.
